Return and Exchange Period:
You have 30 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return and Exchange Process:

Contact our customer support team at support@ucloveria.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
 

Refunds:
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s). If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the shipping costs for the return of the damaged or defective item.

Non-Refundable Items:
Some items may be non-refundable due to their nature or for hygienic reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable in their product description. Please ensure you read and understand the return conditions for each item before making a purchase.
